Hi Peoples,
Hope all is well!
I did a vacate clean on carpets for a tenant in a unit block through a realestate I do work for.
I took a photo of an area that someone had been doing some spotting without rinsing the chemical residue out, showing light colored spots,(photos below).
I enlarged the photo to find a dark area circled which wasn't visible to the eye & curiosity got the better of me so I rang the realestate & asked if I could lift the carpet & inspect, got the approval to do so.
As I expected, I find an even bigger problem, (mould) from a previous water damage caused by a leaking shower in the neighbor's unit.
All carpet, underlay & smoothedge in the area needs to be replaced,
Happy days.

Agitation makes a huge difference in the final results.
This lounge suite has yet to be steam cleaned, the whole lounge has been presprayed, left section of the lounge has been agitated with a soft drill brush .
