Overall really good condition, has been shampooed but has a few minor dirty marks due to not wanting to clean it too harshly incase of stripping the fabric, would be as new with a professional steam.

and a day bed/chase.
In great condition with a small mark on the back of the 2 seater from hitting up against the wall.

Soft grey corduroy corner modular with cup holders and really deep storage compartment.
Recliner at one end, single seat on the other side of the cup holder section is also a recliner and a reclining chase at the other that can be stopped at any position as desired.
Comes in 6 separate sections so can be set up in multiple ways to fit most lounge areas.
Pretty much the same as the "Bourbon" currently selling in Harvey Norman for $3099 (see pics attached of the one at Harvey Norman)
Except this one is grey on the back an sides not black.
Has been throughly cleaned and shampooed.
Unfortunately the previous owner has obviously had cats as there is some small scratching on the back in spots and on the edge of the end recliner, this really is minor and isn't noticeable until you look really closely. (See close up pics)

Comes in 4 sections ⚠️the single seat can be put on the other side to make the other side longer ⚠️
Seat cushions are fixed but back cushions are not and are corduroy on one side and black suede leather look on the other.
In in great condition apart from a small amount of sun fade on the back of the single seat (see pics)
