The latest project by Element Drafting & Design PTY LTD about to be sent for Planning approval.
This house has been designed to meet strict design and building guidelines, particularly Building in Bushfire Prone areas (AS 3959). The design also incorporates various sustainability measures which should see it exceed the 6 start Energy Efficiency rating. We will post the ratings once the assessment has been completed.
