Our latest new home fit-out with KBS Developments ready for handover to our clients. This project included the kitchen, butler’s pantry, hallway storage, laundry, home office, 3 x custom vanity cabinets and the master built in robes. And no, the view seen through some of the windows are real and not AI.
Having such amazing views and with their stunning timber floors we’ve kept the colour pallet simple, clean, and bright with a combination of polytec Classic White Matt and polytec Tasmanian Oak Woodmatt for the joinery throughout. Caesarstone Australia Frosty Carrina was selected for all of the benchtops except for the home office which was finished with polytec Snow Fabrini. Stefano Orlati handles in Brushed Nickel feature throughout the home except for the Master WIR which we used the Matt White version of the same handle. Some recently completed custom vanity cabinets for our Malvern East clients, working with Cameron from SE Bathrooms . All 3 vanities have been finished in Dulux Lexicon Half satin Polyurethane with Touch Handles_aus Calgary k***s in Brushed Nickel and YDL Stone Cumulus Cloud Mineral stone benchtops and splash backs.

Another house renovation completed with the team at Matt Brennan Construction. For our Coburg clients they’re wish was to modernise their dated kitchen, laundry & bathroom and to create more storage in their small kitchen footprint, largely helped by recessing some shallow pantry storage into the shared bathroom wall. For the bathroom & laundry area which was previously two rooms, walking through a narrow hallway which was the laundry space into the bathroom. By removing the dividing wall, they now have a large bright open space to enjoy.
Stone Ambassador Australia Carrara Mist was used in both rooms but we changed the joinery materials using polytec Amaro Matt for the kitchen and a combination of polytec Polar White Matt & polytec Plantation Ash Woodmatt for the laundry and bathroom. The same polytec Plantation Ash was also used in the kitchen for the feature floating shelf & bench space and all rooms having the same Castella ‘Ledge’ in Satin Stainless Steel.

Another successful turnkey kitchen renovation for our Vermont clients which is only possible with our amazing team of trades people involved.
Lacking storage but limited by the existing room dimensions it was about making the best use of the available space along with the additional joinery added to the end of the dining space. For this renovation we chose Dulux Lexicon Quarter for the satin Polyurethane joinery, Stefano Orlati Titanium Grey handles to match our clients new appliances, Caesarstone Australia Glacier Flow for the benchtops and feature floating shelves in polytec Tasmanian Oak Woodmatt. Finished with our clients amazing tile selections being the Solar Ash Gloss from Johnson Tiles Aus for the splashbacks and Limestone Pearl in Lappato finish from Elegance Tiles for the floors.

An almost unrecognisable transformation for our clients Coldstream home. Having extensive building works carried out which involved removing the old laundry space at the back of the home, kitchen nook in the middle and living room walls at the front of the home then building a new laundry / storage room to create a beautiful large open plan living and entertaining space.
The majority of the joinery is finished in polytec Polar White with the feature island in Laminex Australia Bayleaf, all with Kethy Australia PS330 Bronze handles and Stone Ambassador Australia ‘Carrara Mist’ was chosen for both benchtops.

Another laundry renovation completed in Belgrave South. Something that I’ve not had requested before was to integrate 2 washing machines and 2 dryers into the design. Having a large family who are all heavily involved in multiple sports our clients felt they could never keep up with the washing. Like all of our renovations a few design options were discussed, especially seen as this room has 3 doorways before settling on this lay-out. Finished in Laminex Australia Possum Natural with Caesarstone Australia Organic White benchtops and splashbacks, Stefano Orlati Titanium Grey handles and a small polytec Prime Oak floating shelf / benchtops at the entrance.

Our clients dream home office renovation completed with Trademark Renovations . All of the joinery finished in Laminex Australia Formica Storm with polytec Boston Oak Woodmatt benchtops & floating shelves featuring Hafele Australia_aus Loox LED strip lighting.

Following on from the 1st post of our Glen Iris renovation we also completed a laundry renovation, hallway, entrance joinery and the Master Walk In Robe.
We decided to blend the laundry renovation with the kitchen and pantry renovation using the same custom Tesrol 502, Matt Polyurethane shaker doors, colour matched to polytec Evergreen, ABI Interiors ‘Beta’ handles with Caesarstone Australia ‘Cloudburst Concrete’ benchtops but the polytec Tasmanian Oak Woodmatt is only seen in the feature floating shelves.
The hallway and entrance joinery again used the custom Tesrol 502 shaker doors but this time finished in Dulux Buff It Half Matt Polyurethane and Lo & Co Interiors ‘Isla’ handles in Aged Brass.
One of our clients favourite rooms is their Master Walk In Robe. With a bit of clever planning to maximise the available space and making room for a separate Powder Room of their hallway the joinery is finished in polytec Tasmanian Oak Woodmatt and ABI Interiors ‘Pedra’ feature handles in Travertine.
We can’t thank our clients enough for trusting in us to renovate their new family home. It was an absolute pleasure working together and we wish them and their family many happy years in their new spaces.

Just in time for our clients to spend their 1st Christmas in their new Glen Iris family home. With extensive building works undertaken by JW Hansen Plumbing and JG & Son Home Improvements and working closely with our clients we couldn’t be more delighted with the outcome of this whole house renovation completed last year.
The two-tone kitchen & pantry featuring custom Tesrol 502, Matt Polyurethane shaker doors, colour matched to polytec Evergreen and polytec Tasmanian Oak Woodmatt. ABI Interiors ‘Beta’ and ‘Rappana’ handles in brushed copper were used in both rooms and finished with Caesarstone Australia ‘Cloudburst Concrete’ benchtops.
The dimmable Hafele Australia Loox LED strip lights are both a feature and practical being mounted at the front to illuminate the work areas and using the Le-Mans II for the corner and Comfort II pull out within the kitchen space keeping essential cooking items on hand near the hotplate.
I’ll be sharing more photos of this project which also included a laundry renovation, hallway & entrance cupboards and a beautiful Master Walk In Robe.

Plastering completed and our clients new Caesarstone Australia Glacier Flow benchtops installed at our Vermont kitchen renovation. Floor & wall tiling to start tomorrow morning with final fit-off booked in for next week. On the home run now.
