Following on from our previous post and our Avonsleigh new home fit-out with KBS Developments . All 3 custom made vanity cabinets featuring polytec Tasmanian Oak Woodmatt, Caesarstone Australia Frosty Carrina and Stefano Orlati Brushed Nickel handles. The hallway & home office cabinets are finished in polytec Classic White Matt to blend with other area's of the home with the office benchctops in polytec Snow Fabrini Matt laminate. Our clients Master Walk In Robes with those amazing views kept clean and simple with white handles on white joinery.

Our latest new home fit-out with KBS Developments ready for handover to our clients. This project included the kitchen, butler’s pantry, hallway storage, laundry, home office, 3 x custom vanity cabinets and the master built in robes. And no, the view seen through some of the windows are real and not AI.
Having such amazing views and with their stunning timber floors we’ve kept the colour pallet simple, clean, and bright with a combination of polytec Classic White Matt and polytec Tasmanian Oak Woodmatt for the joinery throughout. Caesarstone Australia Frosty Carrina was selected for all of the benchtops except for the home office which was finished with polytec Snow Fabrini. Stefano Orlati handles in Brushed Nickel feature throughout the home except for the Master WIR which we used the Matt White version of the same handle. Some recently completed custom vanity cabinets for our Malvern East clients, working with Cameron from SE Bathrooms . All 3 vanities have been finished in Dulux Lexicon Half satin Polyurethane with Touch Handles_aus Calgary k***s in Brushed Nickel and YDL Stone Cumulus Cloud Mineral stone benchtops and splash backs.

Another house renovation completed with the team at Matt Brennan Construction. For our Coburg clients they’re wish was to modernise their dated kitchen, laundry & bathroom and to create more storage in their small kitchen footprint, largely helped by recessing some shallow pantry storage into the shared bathroom wall. For the bathroom & laundry area which was previously two rooms, walking through a narrow hallway which was the laundry space into the bathroom. By removing the dividing wall, they now have a large bright open space to enjoy.
Stone Ambassador Australia Carrara Mist was used in both rooms but we changed the joinery materials using polytec Amaro Matt for the kitchen and a combination of polytec Polar White Matt & polytec Plantation Ash Woodmatt for the laundry and bathroom. The same polytec Plantation Ash was also used in the kitchen for the feature floating shelf & bench space and all rooms having the same Castella ‘Ledge’ in Satin Stainless Steel.

Another successful turnkey kitchen renovation for our Vermont clients which is only possible with our amazing team of trades people involved.
Lacking storage but limited by the existing room dimensions it was about making the best use of the available space along with the additional joinery added to the end of the dining space. For this renovation we chose Dulux Lexicon Quarter for the satin Polyurethane joinery, Stefano Orlati Titanium Grey handles to match our clients new appliances, Caesarstone Australia Glacier Flow for the benchtops and feature floating shelves in polytec Tasmanian Oak Woodmatt. Finished with our clients amazing tile selections being the Solar Ash Gloss from Johnson Tiles Aus for the splashbacks and Limestone Pearl in Lappato finish from Elegance Tiles for the floors.
