So now you have your favorite serving board there are a few things worth noting, like most things with a little TLC they’ll last and look great for longer. Here are some do and don’ts we’ve put together for you

DO dry your board immediately after washing as you don’t want any water absorbing into your board

DO either wipe down with a damp cloth or if necessary, a small amount of detergent after use.

DO treat it with oil this will prolong its life and keep it from drying out, use: coconut, mineral, linseed, beeswax or tung oil.

DO NOT use vegetable oil or olive oil as these will become rancid and begin to smell.

DO NOT put your board in the dishwasher or submerge in water as this will cause damage.

Do NOT expose products to direct sunlight for prolonged periods as this can damage timber and resin products.
