In home repairs like this seat plump we just did for a client are a great alternative to throwing your sofa away because the seats have given way and your sofa swallows you anytime you sit on it!
As you can see from the photos of the internal section of the sofa… the original green webbing is not sufficient enough long term to do what it’s meant to do.
Unfortunately, we see this a lot with imported sofas, as manufacturers try and cut costs wherever possible using not enough, or poor quality webbing.
We install new high resilience commercial grade foams in the seat cushion, tighten the original webbing as well as install our own new webbing, and the before and after photos speak for themselves.
Seats become plump and firm, meaning the customer can enjoy their sofa for many years to come.
