he ability to vapour blast large/heavy parts/components. Such as light automotive/marine aluminium blocks, heads, motorcycle blocks, heads, frames & more. Unlike the majority of other vapour blasting providers. Who utilise bought; smaller, cheaper, foreign manufacturer made vapour blasters and the select few who use larger exotic manufacturer bought weight bearing machines what are ludicrously expensive. (Due to their use in exotic professions such as Motorsport & Aerospace use.) I am able to offer my customers not only more freedom in terms of the size of parts/components I can vapour blast but also the price savings what other (non local) competition cannot offer; Due to the overhead cost what comes with expensive large specifically designed weight bearing vapour blasters for exotic use. You may be asking, "If large weight bearing vapour blasting cabinets are so expensive, Why can't you vapour blast parts outside of the cabinet?" That is a very valid question. Non-enclosed vapour blasting requires the use of abrasive media that can only be used once, unlike enclosed cabinets where the media can be reused again. This leads to higher costs for the non-enclosed blasting as more abrasive media needs to be used, increasing shop overheads and ultimately the prices passed on to customers. Due to that, I currently only offer enclosed Vapour Blasting & also offer traditional (enclosed cabinet) sand blasting, bead blasting & soda blasting.
