Allahu Akbar the best journey in life. The day before the day of Arafat, Mekkah was suddenly very quiet as everyone left early. Asr prayer that day you could do Tawaf and see the tiles on the floor. Subhan Allah it was so tranquil. I could even touch the Kabah that day on the Yemeni corner. And, we got to pray in the Hateem (the outside area of the Kabah) which was almost impossible on the previous days when Mekkah was full.

I know where my heart is right now, wishing the rest of me was there too!! Alhumdu Lillah.

It was hot! We were tired! (Only a few hours since finishing Umrah) Nothing was going to stop us joining millions of pilgrims in the Friday Prayer. There was no way that we would get into the Masjid...

For Adelaide sisters insha Allah.
Do you want to get reward this Ramadan even when you can't pray and fast? Do you want to demonstrate how you love for your sister what you love for yourself?
We are trialling a creche in the hall next to Marion Masjid this year during Tarawih prayer. The idea is that when sisters can't pray they can volunteer to look after other sisters children in the hall, and when they can pray they can have sisters look after their children in the hall.
We are only offering the creche on Saturdays and Sundays, with tomorrow being the first Sunday.
If you are interested to volunteer, please SMS or WhatsApp 0401 751 374 with name and which day. We need 3 sisters for each session.
May Allah reward you for assisting your sister in Islam pray Tarawih with peace and comtemplation knowing her children are safe!
