Do you feel like you go on constant overthinking mode? If you try and stop it, you feel it’s there even more, right?⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
I know the feeling. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Waking up few times at night because your brain is going on overdrive… and boom insomnia hits you!⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
This is your red alarm signal when your brain sends us a signal to your body to tell you to relax and nurture it.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
When you feel like this is happening, try this: ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Don’t wait for the end of the day to take some breathing and pause times. I know, I know, you are too busy, but 10mins won’t kill you, right?⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Exercise with HIIT at least 15 mins a day or 40mins 3 times a week to let go of your stress and emotions. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Meditate 10mins at night before going to sleep to turn off your thoughts. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Turn off your work mobile at least 3hrs before going to bed. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
End your workday with a to-do list for tomorrow (when your mind knows the plan, you will be more at ease)⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
