Job Description: Production Site Supervisor (Furniture and Interior)

We are a reputable furniture and interior company, specialized in manufacturing and designing exquisite furniture and interior solutions. We are currently seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Production Site Supervisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in furniture and interior manufacturing, along with exceptional leadership qualities.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the production operations to ensure smooth workflow and efficient ex*****on of projects.
- Coordinate with designers, craftsmen, and other team members to ensure projects meet quality standards and deadlines.
- Monitor and manage the production process, ensuring the use of appropriate materials, techniques, and tools.
- Provide technical guidance and support to the production team, resolving any technical issues that may arise.
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure adherence to safety regulations and quality standards.
- Collaborate with the procurement team to ensure the availability of required materials and equipment for production.
- Plan and schedule production activities, allocating resources effectively to maximize productivity.
- Coordinate with project managers and clients to understand project requirements and provide regular updates on the progress.
- Train and mentor team members, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
- Continuously evaluate production processes and implement improvements to enhance efficiency and quality.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in furniture and interior manufacturing, preferably with a minimum of 1 years of experience in a supervisory or managerial role.
- In-depth knowledge of furniture production techniques, joinery methods, and materials.
- Strong leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Proficient in project management and resource allocation.
- Exceptional attention to detail and quality control.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with various stakeholders.
- Familiarity with safety regulations and best practices in furniture production.
- A degree or certification in furniture design, interior design, or a related field is preferred.
